So you’re planning a wedding and have a rough idea of how you want it to look but you don’t know where to start. I completely understand how overwhelming and stressful that can feel. That’s why I’m here to help. I’ve designed this service This service to bring all your ideas together. It is your most special day and completely tailored to you.
Initial Consultation
Our introductory meeting is based on getting to know you and understanding your vision. I will visit the ceremony and reception space with you to discuss your styling vision. During this meeting I will look at any inspirational images you have to get a better understanding of who you are, what you love and what is meaningful to you. We will discuss theme, table centrepieces, flower design using either artificial or fresh flowers, choice of chairs, dance floors, lighting, back drops and many more. While I will not be making decisions on your dress or menu choices, I am still interested in these details to get an overall picture.
Concept Vision
Once I understand your vision we will meet again. During this consultation I will discuss the mood board I created showcasing colour palette, plans and other visual elements such as flowers, centrepieces, stationery, signs and décor. You will also be able to view a mock table setup. Alongside this, you will receive a table spread floor plan and an itemised quote within your styling & floral budget.
Décor Sourcing
Full quote of additional furniture, lighting and decor hire from reputable external vendors.
Ceremony: Outdoor ceremony decor hire, florist, arbour, signing table, signage etc.
Reception: Table décor, flowers, candles, stationery, seating charts, menu & place cards, table numbers, seating, dancefloor, lights etc.
Event Stationary & Signage
We all know first impressions count. Passionate about contemporary and timeless typography, I design all wedding and event stationary & signage in house. You will have access to the latest colour trends, rich textured papers and subtle finishes ensuring your event right down to the menus were memorable.
Budget Tracking & Invoice Management
I will be sourcing all supplier quotes and once approved I will be booking all décor on your behalf. You will be pleased to know my clients receive 10% off on event hire items from partnered vendors.
Unlimited email and phone correspondence
Leading into your wedding day, you will have unlimited access to me via phone and email. Working alongside you I will aid, and guide as needed, ensuring your vision is brought to life.
On the day coordination
10-14 hours coverage.
On your wedding day, you can expect a team bringing your styling vision to life. I will manage timelines for delivery and installation ensuring all deadlines for styling items are met. Making quick decisions/problem solving on your behalf shielding you from stress.
All you have to do is sip your bubbly and relax.
Please note that staffing, hire & set up costs are additional. These costs may vary depending on the complexity and scale of your event. Throughout the styling process I am here to help you transform your ideas into a cohesive and breathtaking reality. When you engage me to style your wedding, the entire process is designed and tailored to you. I will not have set looks or set styling packages.
